The module in a nutshell
There’s a world of difference between an organization that’s merely ‘going through the motions’ and one that is ambitious for success. The conundrum is how to turn an organization that is under achieving into one that is going places.
This module complements others in the Exercise leadership section of BHW’s Process Transformation Programme. They are concerned with setting and achieving performance objectives, Energize the organization deals with developing an organization climate and culture that is the foundation of achievement.
In the module the GROW model, used in coaching personal development, is applied to the organization as a whole.
The aim and outcomes of the module
The aim of the module is to enable the senior operations team to develop and implement a plan for transforming the culture of the organization. To achieve this aim participants will:
Who Energize the organization is for
Like other modules in the Exercise leadership section of the Process transformation Programme, this module is designed to be used by the senior operations team: those people who have responsibility for determining the future shape of the operations system. It can also be used successfully by a mixture of senior operations and human resource directors. It is designed to complement other modules in the section but can be used on a stand-alone basis.
What’s in Energize the organization
Before the module a questionnaire designed to identify the prevailing culture in the organization is completed (on a voluntary basis) by a sample of members of the organization drawn from all areas.

Important other information
Duration: Energize the organization lasts for one day and can be used by itself or in combination with other modules in the Process Transformation Programme.
Location: Ideally a room close to the workplace of participants, though it can be run off-site effectively.
In common with other modules in the Process Transformation Programme the module is designed to run successfully with between 8 to 18 participants.
Price: As a stand-alone module, £2,500 inclusive of all materials. This price does not include expenses which are charged at cost..
