How the Process Transformation Programme works to meet your needs

The BHW PTP is modular. It consists of a suite one-day, face-to-face, action-oriented modules. These can be used in three ways.

Option 1: Targeted training.

Use modules on a stand-alone basis to address specific tactical learning and competency requirements. Fight and win performance improvement battles.

Option 2: Pick and mix.

You can combine modules flexibly to create coherent training programmes tailored to ensure that you meet your performance improvement objectives. You don’t have to buy what you don’t want. Plan and win improvement campaigns.

Option 3: Big picture.

Use the suggested three-level structure of the modules to develop and carry out a company-wide war against the waste that is preventing you achieving your business targets.

Every one-day module:

  • deals with a subject that’s focused on process transformation: driving excellence forward.
  • can be used on a stand-alone basis to meet a focused training requirement or can be combined with other modules to address a more generalised requirement for competency development across a range of subjects.
  • concentrates on the provision of practical tools and techniques that can be applied directly to meet individual and company performance improvement objectives.
  • is applicable equally to administrative and operations functions.
  • contains all delivery, handout, and exercise materials needed and is accompanied by a comprehensive Delivery Plan and extensive Facilitator Notes.
  • has been designed to develop a first level of practitioner competence; and after successfully participating in a module, delegates will be able to use the concepts, methods and techniques that they have been taught immediately, under guidance.
